Rider Policies
Ride Rollover
Unused rides may roll over to the next month depending on your plan.
No-Show Fee
A $30 fee applies for missed rides without notice.
Late Cancellation
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a $25 fee.
